This return and refund policy applies to Brezy Online products purchased at brezy.com

You agree that by using our Site you agree to the Return and Refund policy. This policy will be updated from time to time without notice.

We will accept ‘change of mind’ product returns within 30 days of delivery.

We understand that buying products online is not always easy, so if you change your mind within 30 days from when you receive your order, we will gladly accept that you return it to us for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

If you return a product to us you will need to pay for the cost of return postage, which we will deduct from your refund on acceptance of the returned product.

All product returns must be on unused (or unworn) products in their original wrapping. If we receive a product returned to us that we believe (acting reasonably) is not in new or unused condition, we may return it to you without refund. In this instance you will be liable to pay for the postage costs to return the item to you.

What happens if there is a problem with my product?

We want you to absolutely love your product. If it’s defective we ask that you please follow the below process to ensure we can help you as quickly as possible:

  • Email us via the ‘Contact Us’ page within 30 days of it being delivered to you. It is very important that you contact us promptly to ensure we can arrange the fastest possible resolution of your issue. Notifications to us after 30 days cannot be guaranteed as being accepted by our team.
  • Please include a photo and/or video of the damaged product plus a description of what has occurred.
  • We will confirm with you the address to have the product returned to or arrange a pick up from your location.
  • We will review the returned product as quickly as possible after receiving it back from you.
  • If your product is deemed as faulty or damaged, we will, at our discretion, provide a full refund to you (including postage) or ship a replacement product /part(s) to you. If the issue with the product is a minor one, we may choose to offer you a free repair of the product. If a replacement product/repaired item is shipped to you we will provide a refund for the return postage cost.
  • Whilst we take all care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, damaged packaging that has not resulted in a damaged product will generally not be accepted as grounds for a product refund.

    This consumer guarantees does not apply where, after sale, a product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.

    What happens if my order is cancelled after I have made it?

    If you have made any payments to an order and that order (or part of the order) is cancelled then we will issue refunds to you within 14 days of the order being cancelled (or you notifying us).

    Lost Items?

    Please allow 100 days from date of shipment to confirm that a product has been ‘lost’ in transit. This is in line with the terms we receive from our international suppliers. Where an item has been sent by registered post and confirmed as ‘delivered’ by the freight supplier we unfortunately cannot provide refunds.

    How we provide Refunds

    If your return satisfies the conditions of this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy, we will issue your refund to you using your original payment method within 14 days.

    Shipping

    We currently offer shipping to all USA locations, including PO Boxes and business addresses. We do not take any responsibility for the safety or security of products once shipped to your selected location. We may choose to deliver to you via any form of shipping agent.
