We currently ship to the USA and Australia. If you live outside of these areas please contact us and we can try to arrange a special shipment for you.
We have an average packing time of 3-5 days. After that, shipping normally takes about 10-15 days, hence, you should expect your order to arrive in 15-20 days. This time may be shorter or a little longer depending on the destination and other factors, such as holidays and shipping delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 40 days we recommend you contact our team for them to personally follow up on your delivery.
We are a privately owned and super friendly business based out of Australia. Most of our team work in Sydney, Melbourne or the sunny coastal town of Noosa.
You can order as few (or as many) products as you like. To help keep your costs down, we have a ‘Free Shipping’ policy for orders over $100.

We will accept payments via Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal. We’re still trying to understand the ever-changing world of crypto so don’t have this as an option just yet! All prices are in USD.
Our products are sourced from across the globe (our sourcing team clock up lots of travel miles!) – our aim is to bring you the best products, regardless of manufacturing location. We QC every range and regularly work with our suppliers to ensure they are maximising quality at affordable prices.

We understand that buying products online is not always easy, so if you change your mind within 30 days from when you receive your order, we will gladly accept that you return it to us for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
